2. Lifecycle Management: Drive development and integration projects through all phases—Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation & Post-production Support.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Build credibility through regular dashboard reports and transparent communication regarding program status and issues.
4. Project Definition & Initiation: Define projects clearly; assign Product Managers; align costs with schedules and performance metrics for success.
5. Program Alignment: Ensure programs align with business objectives while recommending adjustments to enhance effectiveness.
6. Contract Management: Write Foundation Refference Plans (FRP), respond to RFPs; manage contracts including negotiations for team contracts/extensions.
